If your fingers have ever made you take a week off, this evening is for you. Ethos Climbing Gym in Toronto is hosting a Climbing Injury Prevention Workshop on Tuesday, October 13.
Dr. Bonnie Chan from Restoracare Health will walk through the kinds of finger injuries climbers run into, how to prevent them and how rehabilitation works. There is a bonus taping demo too.
It starts at 6:30 pm, and the gym means sharp. Entry is free with a day pass or a membership, and registration is through the link in the gym's Instagram bio.
